This Privacy Policy describes how CCT Plus LLC ("CCT Plus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit setupshelf.com, join our waitlist, or use SetupShelf (the "Service").
SetupShelf is intended for people age 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Information we collect
Waitlist and email
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you opt in, we also record your preference to receive occasional product updates and setup guides.
Account and profile information
When you create an account or publish content on SetupShelf, we may collect information you provide, such as your username, display name, profile photo, bio, setup titles, descriptions, gear lists, and links you choose to publish.
Payment information
If you purchase a paid plan or subscription, we collect billing information needed to process your payment. We do not store your full payment card details.
Usage information
We collect information about how you use the Service, such as pages viewed and features used, along with error reports to help us improve reliability.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information. We use PostHog to collect this information and to understand how the Service is used.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the waitlist and communicate with you about SetupShelf.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Understand product usage, fix problems, and monitor reliability.
- Protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)

SetupShelf is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist and marketing contact information until you unsubscribe from marketing emails or ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
Other information is kept for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements.
Marketing and unsubscribe
If you opt in to marketing emails, we may send occasional product updates and practical setup guides. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional messages related to your account, waitlist signup, security, or purchases.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies where needed to operate the Service and understand how it is used. Your browser may allow you to control cookies through its settings.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy of information you provided.
If you are a California resident, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information.
